Outer Micro-Textured Material Series
Basic information:
This material features leather grain, carbon fiber texture, rock pattern, and various other materialinspired designs. Through its embossed surface with variable relief structures, it delivers diverse tactile experiences and accurately replicates distinctive texture characteristics. When applied to card surfaces, it provides exceptional decorative enhancement.
Size: Can be customized
Lamination: It is recommended that the material be placed on the top layer of the stack. The lamination temperature should be 140–150°C, adjusted according to each manufacturer's actual equipment, process conditions, and environment.
Frequency of usage: Each embossed material can be reused up to 5 times (peeled off and re-laminated), after which replacement with new material is required.
